Privacy Policy
We keep this short and plain: what we collect when you visit our website or get in touch, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
KrazzyCreations ("KrazzyCreations", "we", "us", "our") is a custom software studio based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are responsible for personal data collected through krazzycreations.com (the "Website") and through your direct communications with us.
2. Scope
This policy covers the Website and your enquiries and correspondence with us. It does not cover:
- our products, which have their own privacy policies — for example, the Socify app's policy is at socify.krazzycreations.com/privacy.html;
- software we build for clients, where the client decides how personal data is used and our handling of it is governed by our written agreement with that client;
- third-party websites we link to, such as LinkedIn.
3. What we collect
Information you give us
The Website has no forms and no user accounts. If you email, call, or message us, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and details of your project.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, when you visit, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is kept in server logs for security and reliability.
The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads. Google's handling of this is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on the Website.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss, quote for, and deliver our services.
- To manage our client relationships, including contracts, invoicing, and records.
- To keep the Website secure, available, and working properly.
- To comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you contact us), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting, email, and cloud storage providers — who may process it only on our instructions;
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed;
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Some of these providers may store data outside India. Where they do, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and we comply with any restrictions notified under Indian law.
6. Cookies
The Website does not set cookies of its own. Your browser may store the Google Fonts files it downloads in its normal cache.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact if no engagement follows. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider, generally no longer than 90 days.
8. Security
The Website is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable providers — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected people and authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data;
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting processing already carried out;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in another country, you may have similar rights under your local law. To exercise any right, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
