These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of krazzycreations.com (the "Website"), operated by KrazzyCreations, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("KrazzyCreations", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Our products, such as the Socify app, have their own terms, which apply when you use them.
2. Using the website
You may browse the Website and share links to it for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or overload the Website or the systems that host it;
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the Website's content or design without our written permission;
- misrepresent yourself as KrazzyCreations or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.
3. Our services
The Website describes the services we offer. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, ownership of work product, confidentiality, and warranties — is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
Estimates, proposals, and timelines we share before a signed agreement are good-faith indications only and are not binding.

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, the KrazzyCreations name, wordmark, and spark logo — are owned by KrazzyCreations or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or content, except to view the Website and link to it.

The Website links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. We aim to keep it accurate and available but make no warranties, express or implied, that it is complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted. Nothing on the Website is professional advice for your specific situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KrazzyCreations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify KrazzyCreations against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before starting proceedings, we both agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other in writing and negotiating in good faith for at least 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
